Who I am

I’m Dr Feras Mahdi, a physician-turned-health-care executive and strategy leader. Over the past two decades I’ve helped hospitals, governments and MedTech multinationals turn big ambitions into measurable results across 25 countries in APAC, the Middle East, Gulf, Africa and Europe . Whether turning around US $50 million P&L at a global MNC, or launching the region-leading MedTech practice at IQVIA ranked the No. 1 health-care consultancy in Asia-Pacific by Vault— or guiding board-room decisions as a Partner at L.E.K. Consulting, one of the world’s premier health-care strategy firms, my focus is simple: turn vision into impact.

What I Do

I partner with boards, ministries, and leadership teams to create value and lift organisational performance. That can mean crafting market-entry and pricing strategies that unlock new revenue, designing transformation road-maps that tighten clinical quality and cost, or standing up data driven operating models that let providers do more with less. Whether I’m negotiating complex reimbursement deals, mentoring a health-tech founder, or guiding a business through a turnaround, the goal is always the same: translate strategy into sustainable, measurable value creation.
